In January 2015 SACS partnered with Deakin University in a study on the topic of Engagement. More than 2600 employees in Australia took part in this project, allowing us to gain meaningful insight into what causes engagement, and what the best predictors of engagement are. We used this study to develop our own engagement assessment, which predicts engagement with 64% accuracy.
