Andrew Marty is the Managing Director of SACS Consulting. Andrew is a qualified psychologist who has over 25 years of human resource management consulting experience, including extensive senior executive search and selection experience.
Andrew commenced his career in Melbourne, providing HR consulting and executive search and selection services, before heading offshore for four years’ international experience. While offshore Andrew occupied the role of Regional Director in Asia, and MD in the UK for an international human resources consulting firm.
Andrew has conducted Chief Executive and other senior searches in Australia, Asia, and Europe in areas as diverse as Sports Marketing, FMCG, Insurance Broking, Banking and Finance, and Engineering and Construction. Andrew has occupied Chief Executive positions in Hong Kong (with regional responsibility for Asia) and London (with responsibility for the UK).
Andrew has also provided Human Resource Consulting services in areas such as Career Transition Management, Team Building, Cultural Assessment and Human Due Diligence. Andrew is a keen student of world wide HR trends and speaks often on these subjects.
Jade is the General Manager of SACS, and oversees the Organisational Psychology Consulting and Psychological Measurement areas of the business. Jade enjoys the variety that comes with working across all sectors, partnering with clients to deliver a range of deep intervention organisational and leadership development projects. Jade fosters strong relationships to ensure client and stakeholder needs are understood and surpassed to deliver great organisational outcomes which enhance engagement and wellbeing at all levels.
Jade has extensive project management and facilitation experience across SACS’ consulting offerings including workforce planning, leadership and team development, and as well as the end-to-end management of SACS’ normative survey and assessment tools. Jade also provides professional interpretation and guidance to clients in their deliberation on psychometric assessment results. Jade has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) degree at Deakin University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Swinburne University of Technology and brings 15 years of high-level customer service and senior leadership experience.
Consultant / Psychologist
Sabrina is a registered Psychologist and works across all areas of the business. Sabrina completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Monash University where she became passionate about the application of evidence based research to improve employee performance and wellbeing in the workplace.
She brings with her substantial experience in both academic research and client-centred interventions which she utilises to provide high quality deliverables to clients. She enjoys building and nurturing long-lasting relationships and seeks to ensure that stakeholder needs are heard and met at both the individual and organisational level.
San is a Consultant at SACS and works across all areas of the business. San completed her Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Monash University and is passionate about using science to educate and empower organisations to create and nurture an environment where their employees can thrive.
San has extensive experience in customer experience and relationship management across various sectors such as education, financial services, and start-ups. She has also worked in North America, Europe and Asia and brings with her the skills to work in diverse settings to deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Consultant / Graphics Coordinator
Amelia is a Consultant at SACS, and works across all areas of the business. Amelia has a passion for psychological research, and leveraging evidence based research to create positive societal and organisational change.
Amelia has gained substantial customer service experience in the education and design sectors before completing a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at Swinburne University. She enjoys building meaningful and productive relationships with clients whilst supporting them to achieve their objectives.
Vanessa is the Technology Lead at SACS, where she is responsible for co-ordinating the IT Services, Event Management and Digital Marketing activities. With a background in Database Administration and Project Management she has over twenty years’ experience working across a diverse range of industries including State Government, Tourism and Financial Services.
Vanessa has completed a Bachelor of Arts and Postgraduate Diploma in Criminology at the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Computing at Monash University.
Oliver has over 15 years experience in the IT and Software industry. He has worked as a Solutions Architect and Technical Lead across a several industries including HR, Medical, Insurance and Government. During this time he has implemented solutions in a range of programming languages and technologies, with a strong focus on web, mobile and cloud infrastructure.
In his role as Development Manager as SACS Consulting, he is responsible for the development and maintenance of the SACS psychometric testing portal and associated IT infrastructure.
