Andrew Marty is the Managing Director of SACS Consulting. Andrew is a qualified psychologist who has over 25 years of human resource management consulting experience, including extensive senior executive search and selection experience.
Andrew commenced his career in Melbourne, providing HR consulting and executive search and selection services, before heading offshore for four years’ international experience. While offshore Andrew occupied the role of Regional Director in Asia, and MD in the UK for an international human resources consulting firm.
Andrew has conducted Chief Executive and other senior searches in Australia, Asia, and Europe in areas as diverse as Sports Marketing, FMCG, Insurance Broking, Banking and Finance, and Engineering and Construction. Andrew has occupied Chief Executive positions in Hong Kong (with regional responsibility for Asia) and London (with responsibility for the UK).
Andrew has also provided Human Resource Consulting services in areas such as Career Transition Management, Team Building, Cultural Assessment and Human Due Diligence. Andrew is a keen student of world wide HR trends and speaks often on these subjects.
As a Consultant, Amy works across all areas of the business at SACS Consulting. She assists clients with a variety of recruitment and organisational development initiatives including psychometric assessment, change management and remuneration policy development. With over 5 years of experience in customer service, Amy enjoys working with clients and providing tailored services to suit their individual needs.
Amy has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne with majors in management and marketing. She is currently completing post graduate-studies in psychology.
As a Consultant at SACS, Laura works across the recruitment and HR consulting factions of the business. Helping clients with their executive search, organisational development and change management needs, Laura offers high quality support with a focus on delivering results. Laura is also part of the assessments team at SACS and enjoys assisting clients and candidates with psychometric assessments on the SACS portal.
Laura completed a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology at the University of Melbourne and has over five years of customer service experience.
Jade is a Consultant at SACS, working across the HR Consulting, Executive Recruitment and Psychometric Assessment areas of the business, and enjoys the variety that comes with working with organisations across the public, commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Jade assists clients with a range of organisational and leadership development projects, as well as recruitment assignments, ensuring client needs are understood, met and surpassed, in order to deliver great organisational outcomes.
Jade has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) degree at Deakin University and brings with her over ten years of customer service experience in a sales manager background.
Client Relationship Manager
David has a unique blend of talents, combining more than 15 years experience delivering HR and psychometric assessment services as part of his own consultancy, along with a lifetime of customer engagement type roles. Industries David has served include Not for Profits, Government, Corporate and SMEs.
As his job title suggests, David will be working very closely with you to help ensure you derive maximum benefit from your relationship with SACS Consulting.
Tahlia is a Support Coordinator at SACS and provides assistance to the team across areas of administration, events and psychometric assessments. Tahlia has experience with legal and construction administration including systems management and client coordination.
Tahlia takes pride in learning and involving herself within her client’s industry sector, gaining an understanding that assists in her assistance of their needs.
Usman is a Development Manager at SACS Consulting. He has over 14 years of experience working in the software development industry with focus on integration of server solutions in a hosted environment.
At SACS, he is responsible for IT in general, working primarily on the development of online Psychological Measurement services offered by SACS.
Pascal has over 8 years’ experience in diverse engineering and technical roles across numerous industries including FMCG, Financial Services, Travel & Tourism and Pharmaceuticals.
Pascal holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University and at SACS is a part of the software development team working on improving and expanding the SACS platform. He is passionate about technology and stays up-to-date with emerging trends and works to adopt industry best practices.
Cameron is a Consultant at SACS and works across all areas of the business in supporting clients. Cameron brings over five years of commercial customer service experience, as well as skills from the not-for-profit sector. With a keen interest in employee productivity, engagement and psychometric assessment, he endeavours to deliver measurable business outcomes. Cameron enjoys working with clients from an array of backgrounds and being able to provide personalised service.
Cameron completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science at La Trobe University, and is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration.
