Andrew Marty is the Managing Director of SACS Consulting. Andrew is a qualified psychologist who has over 25 years of human resource management consulting experience, including extensive senior executive search and selection experience.
Andrew commenced his career in Melbourne, providing HR consulting and executive search and selection services, before heading offshore for four years’ international experience. While offshore Andrew occupied the role of Regional Director in Asia, and MD in the UK for an international human resources consulting firm.
Andrew has conducted Chief Executive and other senior searches in Australia, Asia, and Europe in areas as diverse as Sports Marketing, FMCG, Insurance Broking, Banking and Finance, and Engineering and Construction. Andrew has occupied Chief Executive positions in Hong Kong (with regional responsibility for Asia) and London (with responsibility for the UK).
Andrew has also provided Human Resource Consulting services in areas such as Career Transition Management, Team Building, Cultural Assessment and Human Due Diligence. Andrew is a keen student of world wide HR trends and speaks often on these subjects.
Jade is the Manager of Consulting at SACS, and works across the HR Consulting, Executive Recruitment and Psychometric Assessment areas of the business. Jade enjoys the variety that comes with working with organisations across a number of sectors, and assists clients with a range of deep intervention organisational and leadership development projects, ensuring client needs are understood, met and surpassed, in order to deliver great organisational and team outcomes.
Jade has extensive project management experience across the SACS Portal offerings, as well as the management of end-to-end bulk recruitment assignments. Jade also works across State Government, Local Government, Commercial and Not for Profit sectors on a number of high-level permanent recruitment assignments. Jade has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) degree at Deakin University and brings with her over ten years of customer service experience in a sales manager background.
Thomson is a Consultant at SACS, working across several areas within the business to assist clients and facilitate various projects being undertaken, possessing a passion for Organisational Psychology.
Thomson has recently graduated with a double degree from Monash University, majoring in Business Management and Psychology. Whilst completing his degree he engaged in roles in the legal and manufacturing sector, developing his ability to engage with people from a myriad of backgrounds in a variety of contexts.
Georgia is a Consultant at SACS who is engaged in several areas of the business, providing support to clients and assisting with various projects being undertaken. With extensive experience in customer service, Georgia enjoys working with people of all backgrounds and ensures that clients needs are met by providing high quality support.
Georgia has a keen interest in Organisational Psychology and completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology at the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at Murdoch University.
Usman is a Development Manager at SACS Consulting. He has over 17 years of experience working in the software development industry with focus on integration of server solutions in a hosted environment.
At SACS, he is responsible for IT in general, working primarily on the development of online Psychological Measurement services offered by SACS.
Lyndon is a former university statistics lecturer. His areas of teaching and research expertise include survey research methods, psychometric testing, and patterns of human behavior.
Lyndon completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Bachelor of Science and Master of Science with First Class Honours in Statistics, and a PhD in Statistics and Sociology from the University of Auckland, and a Graduate Diploma in Higher Education from Unitec Institute of Technology.
