A presentation by Andrew Marty, Managing Director.
In this presentation, we address the question – “do people fake?”. Human beings are notoriously weak in telling whether other people are lying. We look at whether psych tests worth doing and what they can predict? Faking is relative. People may fake psych tests, but do you think they don’t fake CVs? Interviews? Ref checks? Completing a questionnaire does not provide a person with the same visual cues as an interview, so the cues for lying are not so reliable.
We show you where to go from here and how can we use this knowledge.
