Do you have a good personality? A man smiles with a selection of emotions on printed photographs.

Is there such a thing as a good personality?  For most purposes when someone says that a person has a good personality it means that they like them.  For employment purposes there is such a thing as an ideal personality.  Here’s how it looks:

  1. Highly conscientious – hardworking and committed.
  2. Emotionally stable – tends not to get upset easily.
  3. Easy to get along with – not an angry person.
  4. Truthful and honest – not an arrogant person.

All these characteristics can be shown to be accurate predictors of good and bad performance at work and they are all easily measured with the right instruments.  Click here to find out how.
