National Disability Services (NDS) partnered with SACS to present this highly participative two hour online workshop that explains change from a psychological and neurological point of view.
People say that human beings are change resistant but the evidence is very much the contrary. Human beings are the only animal to live at the poles and the equator and have survived ice ages.
In this workshop we explain how to hook into your colleagues’ natural tendency to change and provide much practical advice about how to bring about change whilst retaining the natural energy and enthusiasm of your colleagues.
We also explain the latest discoveries relating to change and share many practical tips and suggestions about how to plan for and implement change in your own organisation.
Our recording of this event will be ready soon. In the meantime, please feel free to download the presentation.
