Zoom Meeting

Worldwide we are currently going through a period of very substantial change. Changes in health, changes in community attitudes, changes in the way that we work and changes in the business models of organisations, just to name a few. Organisations are asking their employees to do things very differently from how they’ve ever done before and to cope with new challenges they’ve never had to face up to before.

SACS to presented a highly participative 2 hour online workshop where we explained change from a psychological and neurological point of view. People say that human beings are change resistant but the evidence is very much the contrary. Human beings are the only animal to live at the poles and the equator and have survived ice ages.

In this workshop we explained how to hook into your colleagues’ natural tendency to change and provide much practical advice about how to bring about change whilst retaining the natural energy and enthusiasm of your colleagues. You will also gain an understanding of the latest discoveries relating to change and many practical tips and suggestions about how to plan for and implement change in your own organisation.

Our recording of this event will be available soon. In the meantime, please feel free to download the presentation.
