Are we all equally capable of making good decisions? We know that humans are not always perfect decision makers but the good news is that research shows how decision making can be optimised. AI has also contributed new potential for optimising decision making.
National Disability Services (NDS) partnered with SACS to present a highly participative online workshop where we focused on the importance of decision making in people management and how it can impact productivity and success in the workplace.
This workshop equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to make better decisions. This interactive two-hour event covers a range of strategic questions related to people management, such as hiring decisions and workforce planning, and how AI will increasingly contribute.
