Melba Support Services has provided state of the art disability services since its foundation in the early 1970s. With a wide range of services available, including accommodation, anytime participation and learning, skill building, and respite, Melba strives to optimise the control each person has over their life.

These are exciting times for Melba Support Services. Following a recent merger with Karden Disability Support Foundation the organisation has been successful in securing a significant portion of transferring disability accommodation and respite services from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services. This will double the staff of the organisation and create a wide range of new positions including these roles. Melba is an extremely ethical and principled service provider with an absolute commitment to zero tolerance of abuse and neglect.
