The role of personality in toxic behaviours

Personality plays a large role in someone’s tendency towards toxic behaviours in the workplace, and much of our personality is genetically determined.

There are specific traits to look out for when screening out potentially toxic employees, including lack of self-control, anger and honesty or humility.
