We conducted a survey across 1248 people, looking at the key drivers of negative workplace behaviours.
We broke the results down by gender and age, and found some interesting differences across groups.
When looking at the overall prevalence of specific negative behaviours, we discovered some surprisingly high numbers, ranging from 11% to more than 35%.
This has implications for managing psychosocial risk in the workplace, as well for understanding potential causes of these behaviours, such as stress and hormones.
