Our historical view of change has positioned it as something adversarial, or perhaps requiring rewards or coercion, but when we look more closely, we discover that at its core, change is learning.
By understanding change as learning, it helps us develop new approaches to managing change, which support employees as they develop skills, adapt their perspective and shift priorities in order to assist with learning, and help them handle changing workplaces.
