Toxic employees and their counterproductive workplace behaviours

Also called counterproductive work behaviours, toxic behaviours can take a variety of forms.

Interpersonal toxic behaviours might entail bullying, harassment, social exclusion, or poor communication.

Toxic employees may also engage in behaviours that harm the organisation, such as ignoring safety protocols, speaking badly of the organisations or stealing.
